Chase denied my loan modification and I requested the NPV input numbers, which I received two days ago. Upon receipt, they used the wrong numbers. The stated my net pay was almost $2000.00 less and then the entered an inccorect number for the monthly loan payment.
It's Mother's day, and I just had someone knocking at my front door and leaving a letter, with Chase letter head, demanding I contact them.
I still have 30days to respond to their incorrect NPV numbers. Help! What should I do?
