Many independents & Dems, while retaining their non-evangelical social views, have become Tea Partiers. This will only increase as the economy worsens.

Dick Morris did not say the Tea Party and Evangelicals are the same people, he said they “overlap” on social issues. If the Tea Party and Libertarian are the same people, then I’m out. Libertarians are right on fiscal issues but wrong on social and moral issues and dead wrong on foreign policy issues, I don’t think that is what the Tea Party is about. It is about taking our government back, not doing away with government, which is what libertarians want.
