personally i think that financial planners are always trying to tell you that your insurance coverage is inadequate. what kind of insurance are you thinking of taking up? i think that having a hospitalisation type plan in place is important, but when you have no dependents, there is less of a necessity for extensive life or critical illness insurance. After we got some basic coverage, DD and I decided that the money could be better invested elsewhere.

April 2009 according to the C&AG, not 2010.

“Following direction by the Governor of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority
of Ireland and the acting CEO of the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority, no
discount was applied to advances made by banks to borrowers after 7 April 2009 provided
that it could be shown that the moneys were advanced as part of normal commercial
banking arrangements. For loans that transferred in the first tranche, NAMA accepted that
€299 million of those loans, issued after 7 April 2009, qualified for payment in full.”

wtf? This is NOT showing how to calculate a loan. OMG these videos suck. Are people that dense! If your title advertises “How to calculate a loan payment,” then you should show how to calculate a loan payment. “Go and use an online calculator” does NOT explain how to calculate a loan payment. OMFG. What is wrong…people are getting dumber and dumber.
