I’ve been trying to get through for days. Over the last three days, I’ve spent 3 hours trying to get through. They were slow to process my claim in October, and I started a pre-approved Federally granted unemployment insurance eligible eduction program in the middle of November. I’m still trying to get my checks dated back to the second week of November, and my February rent is due soon.
