Thank you for indulging me a response! What light such clarification sheds. I am remotely within your galaxy (light years removed perhaps) or that of the characters referred to in your blog, but even just for purely historical and human interest, such anecdotes and matters of fact truly interest me, and your avid readers as well, I am sure.
It truly takes a sagacious outlook in life to appreciate effects with such wistfulness yet detachment at the same time. I think that’s what your blog and its readers warmly share.
British Insurance did a great job when I lost my job. I didn’t have to worry about how to pay the mortgage payments at all for nearly a year. In this time I could concentrate on getting a new job. Simon and the crew at British Mortgage Protection are very helpful and understanding. Their policy is also one of the cheapest around in the UK. 10/10 I give them.
I think if you live in the UK and you have a mortgage, you should consider some form of UK mortgage protection like this. As far as I know British insurance offer the best and most affordable policy available today. Unfortunately i was not aware that I didn’t have to go to my mortgage provider to get cover for mortgage payment protection insurance..I think I paid about twice that for my MPPI insurance. Ah well, at least it kept a roof over my head!
Come on, this isn’t class warfare (how much longer are we going to use that tired term by the way?). It’s a human interest piece and the statistics about a shrinking middle class and unemployment in Atlanta are just fact.
also have heard that in certain locations rental yields are now < than mortgage payments. No more free ride.
