I think if you live in the UK and you have a mortgage, you should consider some form of UK mortgage protection like this. As far as I know British insurance offer the best and most affordable policy available today. Unfortunately i was not aware that I didn’t have to go to my mortgage provider to get cover for mortgage payment protection insurance..I think I paid about twice that for my MPPI insurance. Ah well, at least it kept a roof over my head!

From Shaun (laughing): Depends on when the mortgage payment’s due. Seriously, there is one prominent Denver PI who simply will not work for a criminal defendant. Also, many PIs will not assist in the defense of someone accused of abusing a child.

I noticed my payments are not posted for at lease 10 days… this month ASC posted my BANK check dated 11/30/2010 for Dec 2010 on 12/20/2010. WHY so late ? What's up with that? My bank by mail has 5 days at the most. Wells Fargo owns ACS, so why so late in posting my mortgage payment?
